As I deal in vintage and slow fashion pieces I can not accommodate returns or cancellations.
however for items valued over $200 a store credit or exchange can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please note Original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed. Contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase via email@example.com.
Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as vintage pieces are sold 'as is'. There may be slight flaws which only add to their story. I do a thorough inspection of each piece and use natural, non-toxic cleaners to make sure they arrive to you in excellent vintage condition.
We do accept returns for store credit or exchange of item(s) of equal value within 5 days from delivery if the product is unused, unopened, unwashed, and in unaltered re-sellable condition accompanied with receipt and valued over $200. Vintage items do not qualify for returns or exchages.
All sales final on vintage, sales items, gift cards, lingerie, and any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. All sales final and not acceptable for return are on custom or personalized orders, vintage pieces, and furniture are not acceptable for return. Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
