We want you to be happy with everything from Bloom and Prosper that is why we are very selective with the brands we carry. As you may know, we pride ourselves in our partnerships we have made with these brands who create small batches and one of a kinds, and we curate vintage treasures. But hey, we get it, sometimes things just don't work out and we want to take care of you as best as we can within our limitations. Before you purchase online, please be careful to carefully read the items description before purchase.
We do accept returns for store credit or exchange of item(s) of equal value within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, unwashed, and in unaltered re-sellable condition accompanied with receipt.
All sales final on all vintage, sales items, gift cards, lingerie, and any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. All sales final and not acceptable for return are on custom or personalized orders, vintage pieces, and furniture are not acceptable for return. Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Vintage items: Please read description of product and measurements carefully as all vintage items are Final Sale. Please feel free to ask questions before you purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail or take them to the B&P boutique. To return by mail, for a store credit or an exchange, send your items to: PO Box 762, Kapaa Hi 96746. To return your items in person, just take your items and packing slip to our B&P boutique.
Items bought in our Bloom and Prosper boutique can be returned to our store for equal exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Take your item and receipt to the store to return. Acceptable returns will be issued a store credit via gift card or exchanged for item(s) of equal value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
