One of my favorite items to hunt for is vintage suitcases. Above all, I LOVE me the rare small 1960’s Vintage Japanese Travel Suitcases that come in an array of fun prints. I pride myself on the collection I have collected. These are statement pieces and it is very unlikely you will ever see someone else with the same one.
These suitcases are perfect to use as overnight bags, laptops, business bags, and for packing your child's items for a trip. You are sure to receive compliments when using one of these.
This suitcase has a dark green handle and trims with an abstract print. The print looks like an acrylic painting. The ones I select are in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, all zips work fine, also has a front zipped pocket, and the inner straps in great condition inside, the label inside states Made in Japan. Still has its lock but no key was with it. Adjustable straps on inside to keep items stationary. Outside zipper.
SHIPPING: Due to the size and shape of the Japanese suitcases, this item does not qualify for shipping. You can either Pick Up in Princeville, Hawaii, or have it shipped for an additional $24.00.
[Measurements:] taken one-sided, laying flat. Double for Bust, Waist, and Hips
My note: All vintage pieces are in Excellent Vintage condition unless otherwise noted. If it is not in Excellent Condition it will be priced accordingly. Keep in mind it’s normal for vintage pieces to have an aged weathered look, depending on the item, which adds to its charm and story. “Excellent” by my definition is passing my 5 Point Inspection of no:
I personally hand pick pieces from all over the world selecting items I personally love and often find challenging to let go of. Priced according to condition and how rare or unique the item it is. Most often vintage pieces have become one of a kind or very few remaining worldwide in Excellent Condition. Vintage prior to the 80s is often well made with quality materials that can withstand the test of times.
